The Helten Institute of Real Estate Development, or H.I.R.E.D. Schools, is a real estate school that teaches students with a perspective of “been there, done that” in real estate. HIRED Schools is Pre-Licensing correspondence course, that provides on-line/on demand, videos with a guided study one night per week with a well-trained instructor that is required to take the test and pass with at least a 90% on the state portion and every year they teach at HIRED Schools. They feel, know and understand the anxiety of being an adult learner taking a technical test!
HIRED Schools has pre-license training course sessions that begin every 8-weeks at multiple locations AND LIVESTREAM from any computer with a good wifi from the comfort of your own home/office and it's like you are in the classroom WITH US!
Students are asked to watch the assigned videos on-line and on-demand, (about 10 hours of videos per week) and then attend a guided review of the course work, for 3 hours with one of the HIRED instructors. During this time students review the concepts and vocabulary, gain a better understanding of the course materials, ask questions in order to get ready for the tests, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Cost:$850
The small HIRED School classes, are a focused review of the test material in a fun and easy way that the HIRED instructors offer the students to remember and use the material is what makes these HIRED Schools, able to boast a 90% pass rate on average on the PSI test from the students who have taken it-the first time!
